Since 2011, the Tri City Eagles have recognized Grade 12 players who have made an outstanding contribution to the Club by awarding up to a total of $2,000 in bursaries (a maximum of $500 per recipient). The 2024 recipients of the Tri-City Eagles Bursary are Mataya Spaidal and Kinley Yu.

QUALIFICATIONS
A successful recipient of the Tri-City Eagles meets all of the following criteria:
- They played on a Tri-City team in the current Spring League
- They coached a Tri-City team in the current Spring League
- They played on a Tri-City team in the current Fall Women’s League?
- They were a Tri-City umpire in the current season
In Addition, they will be asked to share:
- A chronological account of their field hockey journey to date
- Their plans for Post-secondary. How do they see field hockey being a part of their life going forward?
